We all like to make ourselves feel good when we can. And it’s no secret that I like to pamper myself after I’ve had a bad day like I stated in one of my previous posts. And I wanted to come and share some of my favorite products I like to use to help me relax and show my body some love.

1. Dove Exfoliating Body Polish:

If there is one product that you had to choose to buy from this list, this would be it! Not only do all of the different scents (the Pomegranate and Shea one is my favorite!) smell amazing, they make your skin feel sooooo soft after you get out of the shower.

All of the polishes contain seeds to help exfoliate the skin, perfect for prepping to shave (exfoliation before shaving helps prevent in-grown hairs), and gives you this amazing scratching sensation that is just… unexplainable. It feels so good, just give it a try.

One thing I want to be sure to mention is to make sure you rinse your body thoroughly! I can’t tell you how many times I forgot to lift my rolls (I’m still getting used to having them lol) or boobs and after I am all dressed and in bed I realize I have a ton of the seeds stuck in the nooks and crannies of my body. Other than that I love love love this product.

You can find them at your local drug stores and I would suggest buying multiples of them if you like to exfoliate three or more times a week because they do go quickly as you will use a generous amount each time. I usually buy these two at a time anyway because they sell out often at my local drug stores and they are just much easier to get online.

This is hands down my one of my top 5 favorite body products. I really suggest giving it a try.

2. Dove Sensitive Skin Nourishing Body Wash:

Yes another Dove product. In no way am I sponsored by dove, I just really enjoy many of their products.

I have really really sensitive skin (it got even worse once I had gotten pregnant) so it is difficult for me to find soaps that don’t break me out or irritate my skin. This body wash doesn’t have a super strong scent which is great because strong scents are just a no for me. It also doesn’t make my skin feel dry after I get out and dry off. The consistency is thick and creamy so it doesn’t take much to get a good lather.

I also would like to mention that this wash doesn’t irritate my hooha (private area), which is a big plus for me because most body washes do. I know you don’t necessarily need to use soap down there, but I like to during and after my menstrual to just feel a little cleaner and it doesn’t irritate me in any way which is a super plus for me!

3. Nivea In Shower Body Lotion:

I won’t lie I can get lazy at times after I have gone through my whole shower routine. Sometimes I am really tired by then, or one of my kids woke up and I have to cut my shower short and I know I won’t have time to lotion my body down. So I use this in shower body lotion and it works great! I will use this after I have washed my body, then rinse it off after and boom! I’m done and can jump out the shower, put some clothes on and go about my night or day.

I also like to use this when I am running late for work or something and I’m in a rush. It prevents me from being/looking ashy (my skin looks dull enough as it is I don’t need ashy-ness too!). It has a very light scent and doesn’t leave me feeling greasy or irritates my skin.

DO NOT put this on the bottom of your feet because you will slip. Other than that, this is a great product that I love.

4. Nivea Oil-Infused Body Lotion:

I used to be big Bath and Body Works lotion kind of girl until I got pregnant and couldn’t stomach the strong smells (I still can’t), so since then I have become a big fan of the Nivea Oil Infused lotions. They smell amazing and have a few different scents that are not too strong, but not too subtle either. They have a bit of a runny consistency because of the oil in them, but it’s fine because you don’t need a ton. It keeps my body super moisturized and though there is oil in it, it doesn’t leave you greasy. I will be using this lotion for a long time and it will continue to be a part of both my pamper, and my everyday routines. I highly recommend that you all give this a try!

5. CeraVe Moisturizing Cream:

I have been using this moisturizer for years! Anyone who struggles from Eczema and/or really dry skin, this is the product for you.

Years ago I had a terrible case of eczema. I had it on my face, arms, and legs and they itched sooo bad. My mom bought me ton of products (I was around 13 or 14 then) and none of them were working. And one day, I remembered my granny had given me this moisturizer called CeraVe, but I hadn’t paid too much attention to it because I was seeing no results for the couple of days that I used it. So I gave it to my sister because she too had the same issue, and within a week or two it cleared her right on up. So I gave it another try and after two weeks of continual use, applying it twice a day, my eczema went away. No more itching, or dry patches. I live for this cream!

It comes in a huge jar and can get quite expensive depending on where you get it (normally around $16 at Walmart but It’s a fairly cheaper on amazon), but there is so much product in it, it’s completely worth the money.

Anyway you can use this product on any part of your body. At this time I only use it on my face as my skin is really really dry. I use it on the rest of my body when my eczema flairs (normally around winter time). This cream is really thick and it’s too hot right now to be wearing a heavy moisturizer like this.

But this is definitely one of my holy grail products of all time. It’s easily in my top 10 favorite skin care products.

6. L’Oreal Detox and Brighten Pure Clay Mask:

I have always felt that my skin looked dull and went on a journey searching for a face mask that would help brighten up my face and look like I have some life to me. I found this clay mask from L’Oreal and it has become one of my favorites.

When I use this product it kind of gives me a burning sensation that I don’t really care for, but it’s nothing too bad, more so just weird, but I’m sure it’s because it is a detoxing mask and it is pulling all of the bad toxins and stuff out of your skin. And when I rinse it off…I love the results! My skin looks bright and has a great glow to it! Pick this up and give it a try. I bet you will like it as well.

7. The Face Shop Facial Masks:

We all need a good face mask to help rejuvenate our skin after a long week of wearing makeup, sweating, etc and these face masks from The Face Shop are my absolute favorites! They come in so many different kinds to help with all different skin types and they all have different purposes for each. They are super affordable and I like to buy them in this 15-pack and they come up a little less than a dollar for each, which is great!

They come in a serum that is super moisturizing with nourishing properties and they all smell sooooo good! I wear these for about 15 minutes and when I take them off my skin feels so soft! These mask are in my top 5 body products and I love them. Try them out! I hope you love them just as much as I do!

8. Equate Refreshing Apricot Facial Scrub:

A good facial scrub is another important thing that needs to be included in your regular skin care routine, and this one is my favorite! I know that a lot of people like the St Ives Apricot Scrub but I feel that this one works just as good, and it’s a cheaper alternative!

This product also helps with my dull looking skin by buffing away all of the dead skin cells on my face. When I use this, it isn’t too rough on my skin, and when I rinse it off it leaves my skin looking fresh, new and so so soft!

My only complaint about this product would be is that it doesn’t have much of a smell. You would think that because it claims to be apricot that it would smell like it, but it doesn’t and that was a little disappointing. Other than that, I love this face scrub!

9. Total Hydration 3-In-1 Soothing Oasis By Chapstick:

This is my favorite product in the whole wide world! I can not live without chapstick. Nope I just can’t do it. It is a NEED for me. And I have tried hundreds of different lip moisturizers and this is the only one that I will use! It keeps my lips moisturized for hours! It goes on thick but not too thick just the perfect amount that doesn’t make you feel like have a super thin layer of grease on your lips (like most of Chapsticks other lip products) and they don’t make your lips peel. Like seriously they should just throw away all of their other products and just have the Total Hydration line because it is great!

This line is expensive but these chapsticks will last you so long and are totally worth the money as they are super high quality. I buy these like four at a time when I see them because I need one for my purse, in my desk at work, on my vanity, and in my car. I need access to it at all times and I refuse to use any other lip moisturizer from now on.

You. Need. This.

10. Mario Badescu Facial spray:

I love using this facial spray from Mario Badescu when I get home from a long day after work, after wearing a full face of makeup all day, or after a long day of sitting out in my back yard. It gives my face some much needed moisture and makes me feel more awake and refreshed. It smells great and feels amazing when my face feels hot, dry, and tight. I highly recommend this to people of all skin types.

I hope that you guys enjoied this post and that you try out some of these products. They are all some of my favorites and I hope that they can become some of yours too.

Happy Pampering!
