In the last two weeks, I have seen more growth in myself than I have in the last year.
And I can thank this growth to the discovery of the Law of Attraction and Tony Robbins.
I was introduced to who Tony Robbins was recently by a woman on Instagram that goes by the name of @coachstormy. She is a very successful business woman in Network Marketing and she happened to be attending one of his events.
Stormy has always expressed that she thanks Tony for her success and that he has changed her life. She says it was because of him that she was able to make a million dollars twelve months after attending one of his events.
So of course me being me I was thinking, “What could this man have said to make a successful women like Stormy say that?”
You know I went and looked that man up right?
And when I tell you I am grateful that I did, I really am because it has completely change my perspective on how I view certain things in life.
He is one of the most influential, motivation, inspiring, and wealthy speakers out there today.
If you do not know who Tony Robbins is, I highly suggest you look him up. There are so many different videos of his speeches on Youtube, about a variety of different topics.
Weight loss, determination, success, relationships, marriage, business, you name it. And over the last week I have been listening to nothing other than his speeches.
And this is why I say I have seen so much growth.
As I stated one of my previous posts, I have recently learned that we as people attract many things into our lives. If your thoughts are negative, negative things are going to happen, and if you
think positive thoughts, positive things are going to happen to you.
One of my favorite things about Tony is that he gives many tips on how to change your mindset and always think positive thoughts. I have literally been binge watching all of his speeches and I am finding them so helpful!
Every morning I have been waking up looking forward to hearing his positive and powerful words.
It is because of these speeches that I no longer dread getting up in the morning to head to work.
I am starting to find positive things in every aspect of my day.
I’m asking myself questions that prep my brain to respond in positive ways.
I have set a routine for myself that allows me to reflect on my day and account for the things that I am grateful for in my life.
And I will tell you right now. I feel so good!
It feels so good to be in a good mood all day because I know my purpose and I am living my life for me.
It feels so good to know that I am creating the happiness that I want in my life and that is what is most important to me!
But what makes me happy most of all…
Is that I have been so determined to start making changes in my life that are going to bring me lots of success and happiness.
For example, me losing weight. I will lose 50 pounds next year.
Listening to those speeches has lit this fire inside me that has made me hungry for success and to reach my goals.
There was one speech that I listened to about discipline and it, Hit. Me. Hard.
I have tried again and again to diet, work out, whatever I could to lose weight. But I was never disciplined when it came to committing to what was necessary in order to shed those extra pounds.
There was excuse after excuse and after listening to the speech, something within me just started to click.
From here on out, everything that I want and desire in my life, I am determined to achieve it and I am committing to it and will be disciplined about it.
Just like with this blog! I love blogging, I want this blog to be so successful in the future, but I am not consistent. I need to get consistent, and I know that I need to post more often in order to achieve my blogging goals and to get this blog to the status that I would like it to have.
So I went out and bought this wonderful blogging planner (no affiliate, its just a really great planner I think all bloggers should have), and I am making a plan and committing to it everyday with no exceptions.
I went out and got a new gym membership and have been going 3 times a week preparing myself to get in there everyday for 30 days starting January 1!
And the greatest part about this is that I am actually excited about it because I know I am going to do it.
When you are excited for change you are more likely to succeed.
So what goals do you have for 2019, and how determined are you to achieve them? Let me know down in the comments, and I’ll see you in my next one.
